All our valuers are British qualified RICS professionals who are resident in Spain with many years’ experience of property transactions, local markets and values.

Our reports and RICS and International Standards of Valuation (ISV) compliant and that RICS members are the only professional valuers in Spain approved to carry out this service by the UK courts.

A valuation survey of your property will indicate an independent market value.

Our Valuation work is generally orientated towards corporate entities, but we are happy to provide this service to private individuals as well.

We also understand that valuations are often sensitive and we guarantee our absolute discretion.

We are based in Mallorca but are happy to travel to other areas, and regularly carry out valuation surveys in the Ibiza, Menorca, Barcelona and Valencia regions.
