Property works is pleased to announce collaborations to provide Building Energy Certificates in Mallorca.

We understand this is now mandatory for selling property.

From 1st June 2013, a “Certificado de eficiencia energética de edificios existentes”. Will be required for anyone wishing to sell or rent their property.

The cost of this certificate depends on the size and condition of the property and usually ranges between 300€ and 600€ for average sizes of flats and houses.
